‘Are you waiting for this bus?’ asked the boiler-suited man later the next day.

‘No thank you,’ replied Mac. ‘I only live close by and don’t have far to go.’

‘Come on,’ continued the man. ‘We can take you where you need to be.’

‘But I don’t need to be anywhere,’ said the now flustered Mac. ‘Only home.’

‘All in good time,’ said the man as he used his shoulder to force Mac onto the bus.

‘We just need to make a slight detour.’

The creative agency responsible for Crowley-Baird Inc.,’s forthcoming ‘Terminal Transit’ campaign are currently test-driving a series of gifs ahead of the official launch in 2016. This is the first in the series and is called ‘SkyLine.’

Everything is Beta at the moment but the team are very interested in feedback so if you have any please don’t hesitate to let them know. A series of focus groups are also planned.

At the beginning of the regenerated Doctor Who series, in the first Christopher Eccleston/Billie Piper episode, Rose, a wheelie-bin swallows Mickey. And then spits him out again….or is it him? As part of the plot, it was a hint – no, a statement – that we as viewers had entered a world of the absurd, where the rules of normal life were left behind. Within the first few pages of Falcon Boy and Bewilder Bird vs Dr Don’t Know in a Battle for all the Life of all the Planets, by Barnaby Taylor, I realized I was in another absurd world, missing the rules of normal life, where just about anything could happen.

Falcon Boy (A Fairly Hopeless Hero) is the series title – this book is the first in the series and currently the only one published. The story defies categorization. At one level, it’s a children’s…
